Sales Manager (Karachi, Pakistan)


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
