As a Senior Architect in our firm located in Faro, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from start to finish. Your creative vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations. You will collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, and designers to develop innovative solutions that meet project requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process by creating conceptual and detailed architectural plans.
- Conduct site visits, gather information, and assess project feasibility.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout all phases of the project.
- Attend client meetings to present proposals and discuss project progress.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and construction techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes/regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing architectural projects.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
