Mason Supervisor


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our construction team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an Egyptian national with a salary of 1400$. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on various construction projects in the city.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons to ensure high quality and timely completion of construction projects
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute masonry work
- Estimate materials needed for each project and order supplies as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with other team members, contractors, and project managers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
