Team Lead for Indian Employees in Atlanta


We are hiring a Team Lead to oversee our Indian employees in Atlanta. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of Indian professionals to ensure their success and productivity within the company. This position requires someone who has experience working with Indians and is familiar with their culture and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Indian employees in Atlanta
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Act as a liaison between upper management and the Indian team
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, knowledge of an Indian language is a plus
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Familiarity with Indian culture, customs, and work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Salary:
$1400 per month
