Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of individuals, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Monitor team progress and provide regular reports to management
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile) is a plus
