Teamlead for Filipinos in Atlanta

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team of Filipinos in Atlanta. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Filipino employees, ensuring that they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month, without accommodation. We also provide free visa and ticket for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Filipino employees to achieve performance targets
- Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to improve team performance
- Monitor team productivity and quality of work
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare reports on team performance for management review

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Filipino language skills preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in a leadership role or managing teams is required
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible schedule to accommodate work across different time zones if necessary
