Rental Coordinator - Mombasa, Kenya (Indian Nationals Preferred)
Our rental company in Mombasa is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an Indian national with strong communication and organizational skills to assist with coordinating rental agreements and managing customer inquiries.
As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of rental contracts, updating inventory lists, and ensuring timely delivery and return of rental equipment. You will also be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the rental industry. You must be able to work independently and have excellent attention to detail. Fluency in English is preferred but not required as the majority of our customers are Indian nationals.
This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the rental industry and develop your skills in customer service and coordination.
