Entry-Level Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrator to join our team in Muharraq! In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering phones, organizing files, and scheduling appointments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with no experience to gain valuable skills and experience in the field of administration.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate departments
- Maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files
- Assisting with data entry and record-keeping
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Providing general administrative support to team members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred:
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Experience working with confidential information
- Fluency in Arabic
