Rental Company Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rental Company Manager to join our team and lead our operations to new heights. As our Rental Company Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our rental business, from managing property listings to ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include managing rental contracts, coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. You will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintaining positive relationships with current tenants.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is also necessary. Fluency in English is preferred but not required as long as you are able to effectively communicate with both local and foreign tenants.

In addition to a competitive salary of $1000 per month, we offer accommodation as part of the package for our employees.
