Typesetter


A typesetter is responsible for setting and arranging text and images for printing or digital publication. They must have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of design principles. The ideal candidate should also have experience working with layout software such as Adobe InDesign, as well as a good understanding of typography.

Responsibilities:
- Setting and arranging text and images for print or digital publication
- Ensuring consistency in font, spacing, and formatting throughout the document
- Collaborating with editors and designers to ensure the final product meets quality standards
- Proofreading to identify any errors or inconsistencies in the text or layout
- Making necessary adjustments to meet design specifications or client requirements
- Troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during the typesetting process

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in layout software such as Adobe InDesign
- Good understanding of typography and design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Location: Multan, Pakistan (Preference for local candidates)

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Note: Candidates must have their own visa/permit to work in Multan.
