Junior Commercial Architect



As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with senior architects to develop detailed drawings and specifications that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position located in Porto.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop designs for commercial buildings
- Use software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed drawings and plans
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into designs
- Work with contractors during the construction process to ensure design specifications are followed
- Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on commercial projects is a plus but not required
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary: $1700 per month
