Instrument Technician - Svalbard Contract Position

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems in industrial settings. This position is a contract role located in Svalbard, and does not require prior experience or accommodation.

Your duties will include troubleshooting issues with equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and calibrating instruments to ensure accurate readings. You will also be responsible for keeping detailed records of all work performed and ordering necessary parts and supplies.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to read technical diagrams. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and pay close attention to detail. A biometric passport is also required for this position.
