Contract Administrator - Bergen, Norway
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contracts for our company in Bergen, Norway. Your main duties will include drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and resolving any issues that may arise during the contract period.
To excel in this role, you should have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in contract administration is preferred but not required. A biometric passport is also preferred as this position may require travel within Norway.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients or vendors
- Maintaining an organized record of all contracts and related documents
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitoring contract performance and identifying any potential issues or risks
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external parties involved in the contract process
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Biometric passport (preferred)
