Computer Systems Analyst - Alta, Norway


We are a leading technology company in Alta, Norway seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective solutions to optimize system performance and functionality
- Collaborate with software developers to design new systems or modify existing ones
- Conduct thorough testing of new or modified systems to ensure they meet requirements and function properly
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and recommend new technologies or upgrades that could benefit the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python
- Experience with database management and SQL queries
- Familiarity with networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in the technology industry in Norway
- Knowledge of Norwegian language
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
