Chef de Partie (Filipino or Nepali)


Our beachfront resort in Albena is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen and be comfortable preparing both Western and Filipino/Nepali cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to menu and recipes
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Knowledge of Western, Filipino, and Nepali cuisine
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 USD per month, accommodation, meals, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
