Head Chef - Indian Cuisine



We are in search of a talented and experienced Indian chef to join our team as the Head Chef for our restaurant in Albena. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian cuisine menu and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop authentic Indian cuisine menu items that will appeal to our customers
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Source and select fresh ingredients for daily use in the kitchen
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space
- Create and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients
- Develop new recipes and dishes to add variety to our menu offerings
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role, specializing in Indian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Location: Albena, Bulgaria (open to candidates of any nationality)

Salary: $1000 per month
