Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month and includes visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and processing payments
- Keep track of important deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
