Office Assistant
We are in need of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, managing emails and correspondence, filing documents, and scheduling appointments.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail is crucial in this position as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and data entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
