Cashier - Customer Service Representative (Filipino Preferred)
We are hiring a friendly and efficient Cashier - Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Dubai. This position is ideal for someone who is fluent in English and has experience working as a cashier or in customer service. As a Cashier - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. This is a part-time position without accommodation, but we are happy to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate. Filipino candidates are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure accurate pricing of products and promotions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
