Administrative Assistant for English-speaking Company in Umm-Said, Qatar
We are a leading English-speaking company in Umm-Said, Qatar seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for senior management
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging travel accommodations
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and handle reimbursements
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking payments
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi or any other Indian language is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with other benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, and performance bonuses.
