Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Dubai


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant. Your main duties will include managing staff, handling customer complaints, creating schedules, and monitoring inventory levels.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Create weekly schedules for employees
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation
- Build relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience
