Restaurant Manager in Doha, Qatar
We are currently hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain financial records and analyze data to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure overall success of the business
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Experience with inventory management and cost control measures
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Kenyan nationality preferred but not required
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
