Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food and beverage industry and be able to lead a team effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. Applicants must have their own visa and be able to work legally in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the industry or for individuals with previous restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service and product standards are maintained.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Create strategies to increase sales and improve overall performance of the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor expenses and budget to maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required for this role.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality management or relevant field is preferred.
