Mason Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mason Supervisor to join our construction team in Al-Khor. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of masons to ensure efficient and effective work on construction projects
- Plan and schedule work according to project requirements
- Inspect work progress and quality to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to masons to improve their skills and performance
- Order materials and equipment needed for projects
- Communicate with project managers and other supervisors to coordinate work activities
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks on job sites
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary: 1200$
Location: Al-Khor, Qatar (Preference for Indian nationals)
Employment type: Full-time (without accommodation)
