Executive Chef - International Hotel (Egyptian nationals preferred)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxurious international hotel located in Egypt. This is an exciting opportunity for an Egyptian national with strong English language skills to showcase their culinary talents and lead our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and budget control.
- Create new and innovative dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train and manage a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to plan special events and catering services.
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality with strong English language skills.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting.
- In-depth knowledge of various international cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary: $1800 per month (tax-free) plus benefits including accommodation, meals, medical insurance, annual flight ticket allowance.
