Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Jizan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of international cuisine and culinary trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are met
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisine and culinary techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Must be fluent in English; fluency in Urdu or Nepali is a plus
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
