Office Assistant - Jizan, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor with good customer service skills
Salary: 1500$ per month
