A busy restaurant in Khasab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, while controlling costs and maintaining a positive working environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Competitive salary of 1700$ offered to qualified candidates. This position is open to Indian nationals with previous experience in a similar role.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will:

- Oversee all aspects of daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for employees that meet business needs while also considering employee availability
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and address them promptly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
