Restaurant Manager - Khasab, Oman


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Khasab, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service while managing daily operations and ensuring profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract more customers
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health codes in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs to maximize profits
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi an asset)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or relevant field is preferred

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
