Construction Project Manager

We are a leading construction company based in Clairvaux and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Oversee the hiring and performance of subcontractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or changes in project scope

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluency in English is preferred
Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
