Cashier - Retail Store (Malayalee Preferred)



We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our retail store in Remish. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash at the end of each shift
- Ensure pricing accuracy by reviewing and updating product prices as needed
- Keep checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and notifying management of low stock items
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required
- Minimum 1 year experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Excellent math skills with the ability to handle cash accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one
