Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Dickirch. You will ensure that all employees are providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and following all health and safety regulations. Your main duties will include managing staff schedules, inventory control, ordering supplies, and promoting sales. You will also handle any customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the restaurant such as budgeting, cost control, and reporting to upper management. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1500$. This position does not include accommodation but we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficiency in English is required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
