Data Mining Analyst



As a Data Mining Analyst at our company in Remish, you will play a crucial role in uncovering valuable insights from large datasets. Your main responsibility will be to mine and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that can drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Use advanced data mining techniques to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in the data
- Develop algorithms and models to predict future outcomes or behaviors
- Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs and provide insights to support their decision-making process
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner through visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy of analysis results
- Stay updated on industry developments in data mining techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven working experience as a Data Mining Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and predictive modeling techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret large datasets
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Remish but we welcome candidates from all over Africa and the Philippines. No English proficiency is required for this role.

Experience Level:
This is an entry-level position and we welcome applicants without prior experience in data mining. Freshers and candidates with no formal work experience are encouraged to apply.
