As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure successful completion of projects
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide guidance and support as needed

- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members to identify areas of improvement and provide necessary training or coaching

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
