Machine Learning Engineer



As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced algorithms and models for our company's data analysis projects. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that will drive insights and value for our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models using Python, R or other programming languages
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions
- Build pipelines to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Conduct experiments to improve model performance by tuning parameters, selecting features, etc.
- Work with software engineers to deploy models into production environments
- Monitor model performance and make necessary updates when needed
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python or R; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar frameworks is a plus
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience working with large datasets and building data pipelines
- Knowledge of SQL databases and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Great communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
