Merchandiser (Egyptian/Filipino)

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Lom on a contract basis. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in retail stores. This is an urgent position, and we require candidates with previous experience in merchandising. English fluency is also required for effective communication with our team and retailers. This role offers a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper display and promotion of products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with retailers to ensure timely replenishment
- Negotiate product placement and promotional opportunities with retailers
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment and placement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies

Requirements:
- Egyptian or Filipino nationality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
