Merchandiser for a Retail Store in Lom, Bulgaria

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail team in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products in our store are visually appealing and well-stocked. You will work closely with the store manager and buyers to plan and execute merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays and arrange products in an attractive manner
- Ensure that shelves are properly stocked with inventory and products are replenished as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with buyers to restock popular items
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop merchandising plans that align with seasonal or promotional events
- Stay updated on current trends and competitor offerings to make informed merchandising decisions
- Conduct regular store walks to assess product placement, pricing, and overall presentation
- Train new employees on proper merchandising techniques and standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in retail is preferred
- Excellent visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and buyers
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer preferences
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
