Indian Sales Manager in Albena

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Albena. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. This is an urgent position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Attend industry events to promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards success
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
