We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Albena, a beautiful coastal city in Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to enhance overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the hospitality industry or with luxury products/services
- Knowledge of foreign languages such as French or German would be an advantage
