Head Baker

As the Head Baker of our bustling bakery in Sofia, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations. This includes managing a team of bakers, creating and implementing new recipes, ensuring the quality and consistency of our baked goods, and managing inventory and ordering supplies. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced baker with a creative flair and strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume bakery setting, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse team. Fluency in both English and Nepali is preferred but not required. This is an urgent position, so we are seeking someone who can start immediately. The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of baking operations
