Collector (Indian) - Zagreb, Croatia


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collector to join our team in Zagreb. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers. This full-time position is suitable for Indian candidates with or without experience in debt collection. The role also includes accommodation, making it an ideal opportunity for Indian men looking to work in a foreign country. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to remind them of their outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and/or settlements with customers
- Record all communication and payment details accurately in our database
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments and provide necessary documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer issues or disputes
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer information
- Adhere to all legal requirements regarding debt collection

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in debt collection is a plus but not required
