Collections Specialist

We are hiring a Collections Specialist to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients
- Review and analyze delinquent accounts to determine the best course of action
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Provide excellent customer service while working to resolve any issues or disputes related to collections

Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to relocate to Osijek, Croatia if not currently located there
