Our solar energy company is seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team in Moscow. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in construction or electrical work who is looking to break into the growing field of renewable energy.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and inverters on roofs or other structures according to design plans
- Ensure proper placement, alignment, and secure attachment of all equipment
- Connect wiring and perform necessary electrical work to connect the system to the building's power supply
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and with electrical equipment
- Keep accurate records of materials used, time spent, and completed installations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in electrical work or renewable energy preferred
- Proven experience in construction or electrical work, preferably with some experience in solar panel installation
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in construction work
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team

Salary: Starting salary of $1500 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location: This position is located in Moscow but our company provides opportunities for nationalities from all backgrounds.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position with typical working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines.
