Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Moscow. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in Indian cuisine, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Create and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient running of the restaurant
- Train and develop staff members to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new dishes or improve existing recipes
- Oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including ingredients, cooking techniques, and regional variations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and managing budgets effectively
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Russian language skills would be an asset)
- Flexible schedule with availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
