We are in need of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a barista, excellent communication skills in English, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell products and promote special offers to customers
- Ensure all drinks are made correctly and presented beautifully

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Filipino is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport
