- Perform general handyman tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Maintain and repair building facilities including walls, floors, doors, and windows
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep inventory of tools and supplies and report any necessary replacements or purchases

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
- Valid visa for living and working in Russia

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
