Indian Pastry Chef in Doha

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts, as well as excellent knowledge and expertise in pastry techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and high-quality pastry dishes, cakes, and desserts
- Develop new recipes and menus based on seasonal availability
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Manage inventory of ingredients and equipment to ensure timely ordering and restocking

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification in Pastry Arts
- In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, flavors, and textures
- Creative flair for designing visually appealing desserts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality
- Fluent in English with good communication skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (tax-free) plus additional benefits such as housing allowance, medical insurance, transportation, etc.

Location: Doha (candidates from India preferred)
