Shaper for a Furniture Manufacturing Company in Split, Croatia


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our furniture manufacturing company in Split, Croatia. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and molding wood pieces to create high-quality furniture products. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment to shape and mold wood pieces according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or other design documents to ensure accuracy of the final product
- Use various hand tools to smooth and finish wood surfaces
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Maintain machinery and equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role in the furniture manufacturing industry
- Extensive knowledge of woodworking machines and tools such as saws, routers, sanders, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
