We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our global company in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing new systems and processes, and ensuring the security and functionality of our company's technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Develop and implement new technology systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all company computer systems, networks, and databases
- Manage the budget for the IT department, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our technology infrastructure
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with hardware or software systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Train employees on new systems or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, database management
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology trends
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1100$ per month
