Tiler Supervisor



As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers in the city of Chelyabinsk. Your main role will be to ensure that tiling projects are completed efficiently, accurately and to high-quality standards. This position requires individuals with experience in tiling, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of tilers on various projects in Chelyabinsk
- Ensure that all tiling work is completed according to project specifications and within set timelines
- Train and mentor new tilers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials to complete projects
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high-quality work is being produced
- Communicate with clients or project managers regarding project progress and any issues that arise
- Create work schedules for the team and assign tasks accordingly
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, tools, and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job

Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Certification or training in tiling techniques

Salary: 1800$ per month
